刚烤好的月饼最好留在室温中2-3天才收起。
把所有皮料A混合均匀,然后置放1小时。Combine all pastry skin ingredients A into a bowl and mix well. Set aside for about 1 hour.
将所有皮料B筛过后和糖浆混合,搓成滑面团,并让它休息30分钟。Sift ingredients B into the syrup mixture then knead until a smooth dough is formed. Rest dough for 30 minutes.
把面团分成均等小团。Divide dough into small equal portions.
将所有馅料材料混合均匀,再分成小份。Mix all filling ingredients together.
用一份皮料包裹馅料,搓圆后放入月饼模里,轻按。Take a piece of pastry skin and add a piece of prepared filling. Put into a dusted mould and press down tight.
把月饼从模扣出,放入预热至180℃的烤炉里烤15分钟,然后取出,待凉10分钟。Knock out Mooncake and bake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes. Remove tray out and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
涂上蛋液,撒上芝麻,再入烤炉继续烤10分钟,然后取出,放在架子上待完全冷却即可。Brush mooncake with egg mixture and sprinkle liberally with combined sesame seeds. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Once done arrange mooncakes on a wirerack to cool completely.
